The Yard Milkshake Bar in Downtown Auburn

Summer is the time for over-the-top fun, and soon on the Plains, it will be the place for over-the-top milkshakes. The Yard Milkshake Bar in Downtown Auburn will soon be scooping and topping their signature mason jars with more good stuff than you can imagine!

The Yard Milkshake Bar

When The Yard Milkshake Bar in Downtown Auburn opens its doors this summer, guests can expect a few things.

First of all, insane milkshakes that look like works of art. Second of all, quality ingredients. Third of all, a family-friendly environment.

A trip to The Yard will also give you the chance to taste an Auburn exclusive—Get Your Roll On©. To clarify, Auburn’s specialty shake will be the dessert version of rolling Toomer’s Corner.

It starts with cookie dough and cookies n’ cream ice cream with navy and burnt orange marshmallow drizzle. Then the mason jar is dipped in vanilla icing and rolled in orange and blue sprinkles. Finally, it’s topped with whipped cream, a cake pop and a Tommer’s-inspired white chocolate covered pretzel tree.

Yes, that is all in one milkshake! Hence, the reason The Yard refers to them as “Freak Shakes.” Click here for a peek at Auburn’s menu.
