Cary Woods Loop
Starting and ending at the landmark-filled Hickory Dickory Park, this gentle three-mile neighborhood loop takes riders under a shaded canopy of trees past Cary Woods Elementary. Moores Mill Golf Course Loop

Central Loop
Starting at the Auburn Early Education Center, this 13-mile ride features varied terrain with plenty of ups and downs, earning it the nickname the “Wavy Loop.” It offers intermediate cyclists a longer distance to test their stamina as they ride past local landmarks like Moores Mill Park—the sand volleyball court off East University Drive—Duck Samford Stadium and Pines Crossing Golf Course.
University Loop
Starting at the Intramural Athletic Fields, this three-mile loop takes intermediate riders right through the heart of the Auburn University campus. Cyclists will pass notable athletic landmarks like Jordan-Hare Stadium and Plainsman Park, with a perfect opportunity to park the bikes and take a walking break at the scenic Donald E. Davis Arboretum.
Experienced trails
Eastern Loop
The Eastern Loop is an approximately 20-mile bike trail that starts and ends at the Auburn Public Library. This trail guides riders through various local neighborhoods and scenic landmarks. Along the route, cyclists can enjoy excellent amenities such as fitness trails, picnic areas and a swimming pool while passing by highlights such as Town Creek Park and the Auburn-Opelika Airport.
Southern Loop
The Southern Loop is a 17-mile trail that starts at Ogletree Elementary School. It winds through many neighborhoods and out into the countryside to tackle one of Auburn’s steepest, longest hill climbs. Bikers will travel along Shell Toomer Parkway using the Charlotte and Curtis Ward Bike Trail, toward Chewacla State Park and enjoy things such as picnic tables, benches and an information kiosk.
