About Wild Flour Bakery

Wild Flour Bakery in Waverly is a family-owned and operated micro bakery serving fresh bread, desserts and coffee. The specialty shop also serves rotating light lunch items such as pesto chicken pasta and house made-to-order cheese pizza, for example.

Waverly’s new bakery opened for business in early April, and more recently, they celebrated their grand opening on May 6th.

You will find both sweet and savory menu items to satisfy all your cravings. Some days the bakery displays will be full of flaky croissants, coffee cake muffins, sourdough loaves, breakfast focaccia, scones and much more.

Not only will you find plenty of delicious fresh baked goods at Wild Flour Bakery in Waverly, but you will also find fresh-brewed coffee, espresso and tea. There is fresh brew, pour over and cold brew. There is cappuccino, hot or iced lattes, macchiato and double espresso.

If you are looking for a cup of tea, look no further than hot or iced chai tea, herbal teas and more. Plus, you can add a more flavor to any of the drinks with an extra shot of vanilla, chocolate, caramel or panela, for instance.

Wild Flour Bakery in Waverly is located at 1015 Mayberry St., which is about 12 miles from Toomer’s Corner in Auburn. That means, depending on your location in Auburn, you may be a 15- to 20-minute drive away from Wild Flour.

The sweet shop is open Tuesday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
