Located off of Richland Road, Lundy Chase and Lundy West are a pair of adjacent neighborhoods that offer a range of home prices and sizes to satisfy a variety of budgets and preferences.
Lundy Chase and Lundy West are made up of more than 200 homes located off of Richland Road. Phase 1 of Lundy Chase was built in 2008 and includes home prices starting around $170,000, with homes ranging between 1,200 to 2,000 square feet. Phase 2 of Lundy Chase includes homes that range in size from 2,400 to 3,000 square feet. Lundy West was developed later in 2010, and home prices also start around $170,000, with homes measuring from 1,200 to 2,000 square feet.
Amenities shared between the two communities include a playground and neighborhood pool, giving residents opportunities to enjoy time spent outside entertaining the kids or indulging in some relaxing solo pool time. The neighborhood governed by a Homeowner’s Association that serves to “create the most enjoyable, safe and community-oriented neighborhood in Auburn, Alabama,” according to the HOA’s website.
Lundy Chase and Lundy West are currently serviced by Richland Elementary School and Yarbrough Elementary School, which may change pending plans to rezone Auburn City Schools for the 2018-2019 school year. About 10 minutes away from Downtown Auburn and 15 minutes from Interstate 85, Lundy Chase and Lundy West are part of one of Auburn’s most thriving residential corridors off of Richland Road.
